Strategy
Given that mobile phone cases are not frequently replaced, we focused on continuously acquiring new customers. We avoided upper funnel campaigns due to high costs and instead pursued bottom funnel campaigns to generate direct revenue.
Search Ads:
- Targeted long-tail keywords to attract qualified website visitors
- Optimized landing pages for high conversion rates
Shopping Ads:
- Optimized merchant centre for Trusted Store badge, fast shipping and return policies
- Optimized the Google Shopping feed with high-converting keywords in titles, descriptions and product types etc.
- Promoted best-selling categories in Google Shopping Ads to maintain a 3x ROAS
